I was served by a woman named Kiara and she was amazing! She gave me so many great suggestions without being pushy and helped me to choose the best options for shipping. Post offices can be daunting for me but I’ll definitely be returning to this one. Good staff make all the difference!!!
The Wangara postal team provided exceptional service. I wish to especially commend a wonderful lady named ALI, who went above and beyond to locate a package due for redirection to Melbourne. Despite my short notice and a low probability of success, ALI contacted the Malaga Australia Post sorting facility and recovered the package.nnAdditionally, I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Nick Harvey of Malaga Australia Post for his persistence in locating the package and for remaining at the facility past 5:30 PM to ensure its delivery. He could've just given up but he didn't, so thank you.nnThe team's dedication is greatly appreciated.
Taken time off work to collect my parcelsnST delivery was sent to Wangara.nTracking number sent to my phone. I purchased them for my daughter.nTold the lady I will call my daughter to collect them as the address was different. I told the assistant she has a baby and is on her way. The parcel was imported!!nMy daughter gets to Wangara takes her baby out of the car in that heat . Roller door closed at 1 minute to close.nI did tell the assistant she was on her way.
I recently visited Post Office in Wangara and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and didn’t seem happy at all—there were no smiles, just a poor attitude. It felt as though customer service was not a priority at this branch.nnA post office should be a place where customers feel supported, especially when dealing with important mail and services. However, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here made the visit frustrating. A more positive and helpful approach from the staff would make a significant difference.nnI hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
