Australia Post Star Track Express - Oakleigh South Parcel Delivery Centre

Not sure why theyve got such bad reviews, this is my favourite post office, never had any issues and they always do everything swiftly. I have been to so many others and they take FOREVER, love my Oakleigh south posties

Why does this Post Office hold onto express post packages for days before they take them to the airport to go interstate? You would think packages from pharmacies that are express post would trigger some priorty, but this happens all the time. Must be nobody managing.

The girl at the counter is the definition of somebody who is unhappy in her job. Possibly the the most consistently bad attitude towards customers I have ever encountered.

It gives me anxiety just having to go here so much so I’ll travel to Clarinda LPO which is further . The male manager or who ever he is is always angry, whether it’s passive aggressive and ignorant or outright rudeness. Should not be allowed to work in a public service roll

Update, I recently went to this post because delivery man indicated me I am not at home twice within 10 days while I am at home. The lady at service desk give me a scarstic sigh. Felt like I am causing so much trouble to her. What a surprise. Not only this shop refuse to provide a phone number of their shop, but also they push all the fault to the deliver person. So ridiculous. They do not have any decency here.

Terrible customer service via the delivery driver. Repeatedly throws parcels, doesn't ring to see if anyone is home before leaving a collection notice. I understand Auspost is under the pump with COVID but how about you value your customers rather than the bottom line.

I was parsing in front of the post office and the owner came out to inform me that there is a parcel waiting for me and it was in the box to be return to the sender on Monday, for which i had no undelivered card left in my letter box. So this is an example of perfect customer service, customer relationship big thumb UP.

The lady who runs this Post Office is very rude. i lost my receipt with tracking number and went back in to see if she could help me find out what the number was and she started yelling at me in front of other customers - "once we give you the receipt you are on your own" she is telling me....granted it was 5pm however there is never a right to be so rude.

I have my PO Box here and every time I walk in I am met on a first name basis. The service here is outstanding and the people are very lovely and always happy to help. Best Australia Post in Melbourne.
