I have medication being sent as a parcel I've received confirmation at 5:07 after they have closed when I checked the app it said that it arrived at 4:06 I was told by a clerk that I would be notified as soon as it has arrived well that is false and incorrect I give a 0 star rating on efficiency a zero star rating for suggested and a zero star rating on recommended I've already been waiting 3 days for this medication now 4 day as I'll need to what till it opens tomorrow while I've already been waiting at the front for the last 2 1/2 hours

Amazing customer service here. Always giving advice or helping you out. Every time I step out of there i learn something new from the staff.

Staff are rude.nParcels are not reaching their correct destination and Australia post staff informed a family member- you don't need to write on each parcel a return address!!!nGo to Atherton Australia post everything reaches the correct destination. And the staff are more than willing to help every customer.

It is either Cairns or Marreba that are dreadfully slow with the parcels.. 3 days Syd - Cns 3000km and 4+ days Cns to Mareeba 60km... A rocket should be driven up both post offices employees you know what....
