The contractors assigned to deliver this stores mail are the laziest, most useless liars I have ever had fail to deliver our mail. For the past 4 weeks they have taken the mail straight here with no attempt at delivery, citing a locked gate that doesn't exist as we do not have a lock on our gate. My partner is home full time recovering from surgery and can confirm they do not make any attempt at delivery as he caught one about to leave without them making so much as a peep to let him know they were there. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The staff inside aren't much better as when he went to send a package away the lady inside flat out ignored him once he had it ready and served several people who came in after him.
I’d just like to be able to contact this post office and let them know I can’t pick up a parcel till next week, I’m out of town. No one to answer the local number. The 131 number had a 25minute wait ???!!. I know this post office. The girls are lovely, efficient and always helpful so this can’t be their doing. My rating for them would have been a five star but this is just ridiculous. Why isn’t there a system where a simple call, leave a message, something?? Going back to the fill in forms which do not fit my query and which possibly will not work either. What happened to the customer service format the post office had once?
The new people are nice but I really miss the lovely ladies who used to work there. Found the parcel packs I needed. Postage is expensive but not the staff's fault. Cute gifts and cards for kids and adults. Doesn't open Saturday.
Aboslutely love the ladies who work here!nnThey always accomodate to my needs and stay open a few minutes longer so I can grab my parcels! Thank you so much for everything you do!
Great friendly staff. Good service. Helpful information. Lots of interesting products.
