Not  the best service

Came in looking for help to process a high risk licence. As I was told so by work safe. Staff where ignorant and obnoxious to deal with. Ended up going elsewhere as the service was so brutal

Received wonderful service here after a terrible experience at Australia Post Glenhuntly Rd Elsternwick. Staff were efficient, helpful and offered great service.  Would definitely recommend

As always poor service from AU post

Extremely rude and pathetic customer service. There are some seriously rude staff there. Not impressed.

Extremely poor customer service, they treated the customer with absolutely no respect. There was a guy and I could tell he was not born and raised in Australia either but he is a racist with unbelievable rude manner and attitude. I would not visit this store again and definitely would not recommend any one to go for it.

Feel bad for the staff here, often dealing with impatient customers with no manners. Most of the time the service is slow due to people coming unprepared and starting drama with staff.
