Nice people but somehow Australia Post never seems to be able to follow shipping instructions. I paid for express on Wednesday and asked for it to be left at the property. It got to mornington on thursday. They delivered it directly to richmond post office on friday...completely ignored shipping instructions. WTF? This has happened countless upon countless times! Now my 2-3 day express has turned into an almost normal delivery of 5+ days. 
(Not to mention I got kicked out of the Hobart store on Bathurst Street (because "she wanted to go home") - they know I am a regular there for posting stuff too). Where the hell is my "customer service"? I highly recommend investing in customer service training. As you can tell I am quite peeved, but what do you expect..?
