Got passport pictures done here and they weren't to specifications despite assurances otherwise, had to get them redone elsewhere. Staff aren't very knowledgeable about basic posting.

I have "accidentally" been overcharged here three times now. Would recommend going elsewhere if you want to pay correct postage.
