They close at 5pm. How is anyone supposed to run there after work to post anything.
This is ridiculous. People work 9 to 5. Why aren't you open til 5:30 or something. Always closed. Makes life incredibly frustrating!!!!

Im having the same issue as the guy bellow. Five months now no mail! Were in a rural area so the delivery guy is a subcontractor. Called, emailed. You name it theyll say its all good, we send a letter to see if its working and it gets returned to sender. Five months this has been going on

Parcels continuously not delivered, no service from anybody in the store, told to call the call centre, they always say they will 'look into it' but nothing ever happens

It is horrible I orded a scooter of scooter hut in Melboune and it has taken 1 week and 3 days to get here and they said it would be here on Thursday and it's not there so stupid
