Goodness me. You can certainly tell that the "licensees" are finishing this week. The woman and man who owned it are clearly very very unhappy people. Not on any occassion have they been civil to me and my family. You see really bad service all the time but to be confronted with this actual obvious distaste for people you have to wonder what has gone so wrong for them in their life. My starting point is always to feel sorry - but these two are just plain mean. Having met the new lady - she is lovely and I look forward to posting a 5 star rating once a person takes over on Monday!
