What’s the point of getting things delivered to your house when the delivery drivers beep & drive off then say locked gate . I know my delivery is coming, I’m waiting for it & they don’t even give me time to get to the gate. This is happening time & time agin. Pretty sure they are meant to stop & get the parcel out of the van .nThen when you go to the actual post office to collect, only to be met with the rudeness of the ladies down there.
Ordered bottles and stuff for my newborn baby the delivery driver dropped off another package and walked away with my package in his hand and said there was no one in attendance at my house but didn't knock or ring my doorbell
My packages are left constantly at my neighbours - how could you get that wrong. I have a massive number on my house and so do my neighbours..
Incredibly lazy delivery drivers, friendly indoor staff.nnTwice now I've been waiting for a package only to not receive them because the drivers have been too lazy to walk up my stairs and knock on my door, much less just leave the package at my door.nnThe first driver was kind enough to leave a card, the second driver didn't even leave his vehicle, No knocks, not even a card.nnThe email I'd received citing the time the delivery was made was false, as I was standing outside waiting when it supposedly happened for a good 30 minutes on the phone, no one arrived.nnI went to the post office and had a rather nice interaction with the staff about it at least, but could not retrieve my parcel.
Came in asking as about my driver's licence had not come yet, the friendly lady ensuring me that it it's not there. And talking to me as I wasn't in the best of mood waiting so long. She had an accent. Very nice lady , gave me insurance that it still might be coming from Brisbane Australia Post. Thankyou for the help, it came the very next day!!.. Today actually!!! :
