Horrendous customer service and would highly recommend avoiding the Sanctuary Cove post office if you’re able to. They are unhelpful, rude, have a disgusting attitude towards customer service, and they talk to people on a high horse. Unless you’re willing to be spoken to like you’re an idiot, by the 65+ year old boomer woman with short black pixie cut, for asking a seemingly easy request, do not go here.
Worst customer service. Made to feel like it’s my fault that my parcel was there to collect. Older lady was so grumpy. Took 10 minutes to fine my parcel. Service was so slow to the point I walked out after 20 minutes in a short line. Avoid this place if you don’t want your day ruined after bad service.
The old guy should not have any interaction with people he is one of the rudest I’ve interacted with.nCouldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge I was there to begin with and when I wanted to cash in my scratchies his words were ‘you’ve got to be kidding me’.nnIf I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would.nIt should be shut down with the amount of bad reviews.nWon’t be going there ever again
Unfortunately I must agree with the majority of the comments regarding this post office. The elderly man serving customers has no business being in customer service, he is rude and condescending. I live in Hope Island but will drive to Paradise Point Aus Post to send mail due to having mail going missing at Sanctuary Cove Aus Post when you send something.
Had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to my address and it wasn’t. I’m a quadriplegic and the parcel was medical. Had my phone number on parcel to call. Mmm no phone call. So had to get Carer’s’s to o get it. Not good enough as they wouldn’t give it to him until he rang me. Whatever happened to customer service??? You would think Australia Post would have better service
