Disappointing to see a parcel arrive in a sorting facility on the 12/12/2022 and not move for a week, when I followed up I was advised they would only action if my parcel was not received by 06/01/2023. Note: I live an hour from this sorting facility. Very confusing that a paying customer receives zero empathy and a dismissive 'we cant help you any further at this time'. Not sure I know any other businesses that could treat customers this way, however we don't have any other options when it comes to postage so it is clear why their follow up customer service is not a priority.
They keep delivering my parcels to somewhere else.. Who knows where...? ? ? . I tried to tell them just stop the driver doing this.. but get.. You have to open a dispute which will take 5 days. .next day another parcel does not arrive ..AAAAARRRGGGG There has to be a better system.. I estimate they have cost me close to $500 already. and today I'm waiting for another important parcel I know won't get here Some one in this organisation please put your brains into gear .. this could all be avoided with some basic customer service.. You tell them they are getting it wrong and get the answer.. We can't contact the driver. Laughable if it wasn't so ridiculous Would give 0 stars if I could
They rate no stars..their Tracking shows I had a parcel arrive to them a week ago...I live very close to them....a week to not deliver.?.been stating 'in transit' since they received it a week ago...I lodged enquiry and I get the reply they will begin a search in another fortnight...three weeks sitting in Golden Square...?..before they'll look...?.....final insult is after you lodge your enquiry..you get to tell them..'How did we do?....Do what?...$10 postage paid....should have been paid in Pesos..
My packages keep getting sent here and I live nowhere near there!
To speak to an operator forget it nearly an hour not good enough problem will remain unsolved
Always lovely staff and fast efficient service
