Athenia Restaurant & Bar offer authentic Greek food and friendly service with lakeside dining which over looks the breathtaking Surfers Paradise skyline. Offering a great tasting menu 6 days a week Tuesday - Sunday with seperate lunch and dinner menus. We stock Greek wines and beers aswell as a wide range of Australian and international. We cater for speacial occasions and we offer ladies group lunches.

I wished it’s sunny day today nThey have a beautiful view from the restaurant nnI planted to have Moussaka but they didn’t have it today nI wanted to know about it when I had a seat….nnBeer was not from the tapnI wanted to know about it when I ordered itnI felt a bit unpleasant at the beginning nnDolmades was nice with beernIt was for sharing plates but it’s not heavy to finish by myself nI ordered Prawns with rice instead of Moussaka.nIt made me surprised nThe taste was new for menIt’s good mean that the taste was different from I expected nThat’s I love trying to have different country cuisine nI would love to come sunny day next time

We really enjoyed our dinner at Athena. The service was great, the food was delicious. We sat outside which was nice sitting by the water enjoying the Gold-coast skyline in the distance. We will definitely be back.

What a gem! Absolutely loved it. It was my first time last Saturday but I will be coming back for sure!

Me and hubby had our date night here tonight.nFrom the get-go, service was wonderful, pretty lakeside view from your seat outside.nThe food was delicious generous portions and service time for the food was very reasonable as was the prices.nThe aperol spritz was delish. We had an outside table on a perfect autumn night, service was awesome, the owner came out and chatted to us, he knew about the uk, and football.  Food was absolutely delicious, big portions and full of flavour. The beautiful views of surfers skyline beyond the lakes are an added bonus. Will definitely be going again soon.
