Deceptive Pricing. I pass by this store and decide to go in to have a look. Bought a packet of curry paste amongst other items tagged at $3.59 but receipt showed $4.59 on checkout. Queried with the manager, who simply says the price is right. So, I went to the shelf and ask him to look at the price tag, which show $3.59. The manager points to a couple of tags on the left different brand products which says $4.50 and then says 'you see, there is price rise". Unbelievable! What does other tags have to do with this particular product price tag? You cannot blindside the customer with a higher price at checkout. Anyway, I did not make a fuss and just exchange the curry paste to a different branded product which actually has a $4.59 tag. His other stuff are quite expensive too. Won't be going there again.
Prices are as in the other Asian shops. Products are good in variety and he has a dated items shelf so at least he doesn't throw things. He was alright, not the friendliest but this is normal for customer service IN Asia not the touristic places
Reasonable price and have most stock.
Good price, generally cheaper than orher Asian food supermarket. And nice shop owners.
I visiting once in two month, boss are friendly and helpful, he always help to put stuff into my car.
Very nice selection of food items and Asian snacks -mostly chinese. The customer service was very helpful and friendly. They also have a section just for vegetarian products and Chinese traditional meds. The prices are very competitive too.
Really good music, can buy bulk soybeans here and the guy has a cool haircut :
Lots of stuff to try. My son's and I love to go there and try new for us things. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Lots of varieties and really friendly owner too. Fluent in both english and chinese.
Things are too expensive. Not recommend, you can try yan's if you like to buy some Asia foods.
