I went for an 8 am appointment today Saturday. I saw Beck the receptionist who was very kind. Saw the Dr straight away. Dr Nellie was such a blessing. She’s so lovely. The ultrasound doctor was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
I have been taking my elderly mother to see Dr Westmore for a number of years. His knowledge, empathy and understanding are second to none. The respect he displays for my 97 year old mother is genuine, for which I am most grateful.
Staff tends to be unprofessional and slightly rude and I’ve had an experience where the receptionist wouldn’t clearly tell me how much I owed. I feel as though the doctors and staff make patients make appointments for unnecessary reasons, and charge a lot for 5-10 minute appointments. Emails I have sent to my doctor have been responded with with things such as “this email may contain a suspicious link” and no follow up from the doctor themself. It just seems as though the doctors and staff are looking for more ways to get money, and are slightly unprofessional.
I was happy with my doctors appointment but not the surprise I got at the end. I had to wait around 20 min for my appointment. When I went to pay I was charged $125 instead of the normal $85. The receptionist told me I was being charged for a long appointment. She did not offer me an explanation and I did not ask as I needed to get back to work. I do not appreciate the surprise. I wanted to post this review to warn other patients..
This practice is always running late and today was their best effort yet. I gave up after waiting 50 mins in the car park with a sick child. Perhaps use all the cash you are making to set up a service and let your patients know to come 30mins later via SMS. Surely being professional isn’t that hard.
Not happy with staff and patients not wearing masks. My doctor is still careful. People are still getting long covid. I will only be doing telehealth until covid improves and going to another clinic in person.
I have been seeing Dr Anu Sinha for almost a year now , and I have not felt so comfortable and looked after by a doctor in my 42 years. She is fantastic and thorough!
I have been a patient of Dr Philip Westmore and follow him to the different clinics he moves. I have gone through a little procedure today. Mr Zolton and other nurses were very caring, professional and absolutely phenomenal.
This clinic has gone way down hill and a large part is the poor reception staff. My elderly mother who is going through chemotherapy has been refused a prescription as there were no apps and yet were not willing to squeeze her in, simply said "oh well nothing we can do". Absolutely revolting, she was in tears and still were not willing to help her for medication she desperately needs.
My mum has been seeing Dr Phillip Westmore. She has followed him for 10+ years to whatever clinic he goes to. His approach to health care is rare- highly compassionate, preventative and intelligent. He takes his time to explain everything. My mother has had amazing health outcomes as a result.
