I would like to thank the Facility Manger Erin and compliment all of the wonderful caring Staff, who have cared for my Mum over the past 18 months.nMum has always been treated with respect and professional care.nIt's great to see the Facility having a face lift, which makes the Facility look more welcoming to come and visit loved ones.nA big thanks to the special Nurses who sometimes have a challenging job.nThank you also to the Kitchen staff. I eat regularly at Infinite Care Ashmore with my Mum, and love not having to cook or wash dishes.nAnd let's not forget the Lifestyle Ladies who are on the go all the time.nMaintenance Guys as well.nRegards Denise Martin
My mother has been a resident for 20 months and I have nothing but praise for her new home. The staff are amazing and very attentive and beautiful people for looking after my mum and the other residents. The family love the fact that you can furnish and decorate your own home. The new renovations are very welcome and look new and fresh and fabulous.
I have worked at Ashmore Infinite care for over 11years. The staff are lovely kind and caring. Our Residents are our priority and we all love taking care of them. Very supportive Manager.
Been visiting my nan for the past week at this facility. Staff have been so nice to my nana and she has good things to say about the staff and the food and everything.
I’m sitting beside my mother, who will sadly pass away soon. She is pain free, clean, settled and looks beautiful. The staff have taken incredible care of her every step of the way.nnMy Mum has lived at Ashmore Retreat for about four months now … and during that time, has been treated with an extraordinary level of care. Nurses, orderlies, facility managers and the helpful staff have offered a level of support and care that is WAY above necessary.nnThey genuinely care about their residents and it dismays me to see negative comments left on Google by people who have no idea about the actual day to day running of this place. Erin the facility manager is a huge asset and tremendously effective, efficient and caring at the same time. You need someone like that to run a place like this.nnIf you are reading this and wondering if you should place your loved one here … then take it from me … you won’t find a better place at any price. The people here, genuinely care. It’s as simple as that. They are good people doing a good job. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my Mum to spend her final four months.nnJust visit, and ask a bunch of residents what they think … they are all so enthusiastic and pleased to be here. I could tell you at least twenty heart-warming stories about this place, but my review is starting to sound like an advertisement. I was blessed to find this place and hope your loved ones find their way here. You won’t be disappointed.
