We purchased The Dark Valley tallboy, bedside table and 6 drawer dresser and we couldn't be happier with the service and quality of every part of our experience. I sent through a question to their FaceBook late in the evening, not expecting a response until the next day but received an answer to my querie immediately. I decided to make the purchase without seeing the furniture in person. The biggest spend I've ever made with out sighting the product! The quality is great, the drawer runners are sturdy and the pieces are strong. They were delivered within a week of purchasing by a deliveryman who arrived on time and unloaded the furniture with great care and professionalism. We are currently in month 8 of waiting for some dining chairs from Freedom and month 3 of a sofa from Amart. I would HIGHLY recommend checking the McPahails website before buying anything from a big brand store.
I will never recommend anyone to buy stuff from McPhails Furniture. We bought a sofa from them and we paid almost $4000 and when we got our stuff it was not in a good condition. There were multiple mud stains and it was also wet. It was their delivery error and when we called them they suggested we clean the sofa with soapy water and refuse to take any responsibility. Not only that but they refused to accept that it's their mistake. You should not make full payment until you receive the furniture in the same condition as you saw in the shop or online. My experience was not good and I wanted to inform other people about this situation.
Me and my husband traveled from Bathurst down to Victoria to check this furniture out! It is amazing! The quality is outstanding! We furnished most off our new home with this furniture! We dealt with the actual gentleman that owns the store and he couldn’t do enough for us. And yes $59 to deliver! Very happy to say the least and we made a weekend off it

Great quality furniture at a great price. Great to deal with from customer service perspective. Delivered to us inter-state at price we'd be charged for across town by most places. Will buy furniture from here again.
