Great customer service! We were running late for a click and collect order and after we called ahead Harry made sure that our order was waiting by the door ready for us to pick it up 5 minutes before closing. Thanks, you made our camping trip so much easier!
Kmart Wangaratta self checkout area was a fabulous experience, l wish l got both ladies names but they were so helpful and gave excellent customer service under very busy times! Well done ladies your beautiful smiles and excellent service would be appreciated by so many customers!
Genuinely the rudest staff. Younger customers especially teenage girls are clearly profiled, followed around, forced to leave bags at the door, and accused of shoplifting for no reason. I’ve been kicked out just for browsing. Staff also tried to control what we were allowed to buy, refusing to sell clothes to my younger cousin because they said they were “girl clothes” and decided he “couldn’t” wear them. A few workers are fine, but the behaviour of the others makes this store completely unwelcoming.
Great products & nice store.nBut Checkouts are hard to find & shouldn't be middle to back of store & too far away from exit....
Stupid spot for checkout should put them back at front of shop and have more people on the register more jobs and better customer service makes you feel like a criminal having to show your receipt to get out only having a token look anyway it's a bit of a joke
