Ashfield is the station between Bayswater and Bassendean on the Midland line. Not usually included in the express trips but a handy stop for the residents and workers in Bayswater/Ashfield area. It has a steep overpass from single platform to Guildford Rd and/or Railway Parade.nUPDATE May 2020 - loads of bays to park will soon be available.
Great location, easy to walk into. The station is fairly clean and a great stop to go to. The pedestrian overpass is fairly high for a small station but it's okay. The station is ion a great location, being next to an oval which usually has festivals and events. The parking is fairly available and especially in 2020 with the Ash field Station with the upgraded parking.
Clean and tidy station with easy access from both sides of the tracks. Not much in the way of ambience. I wouldn't be going there just to meet people or have an alfresco meal with views of trains.
Pedestrian overpass burnt down today
Basic train station. No amenities besides wheelchair access
