These guys were great. Same day response and they showed up when they said they would. They had my leak fixed in 5 minutes and then helped with other bits and pieces since we still had 25mins left on the call-out. Excellent customer service from their office too. No complaints here.

$95 call out fee (early 2009) which gives you a half-hour. Then $95/hr. They came on-time and didn't do more than they said (which is good) and gave good advice. Their first fix didn't last though and I'm waiting to see how quickly they get back to me and (re)fix the water hammer in the bathroom. The star rating reflects if they don't come around soon and fix the problem without charging again. Otherwise, it'll be a 4.
