Couldn't be happier with the service. Two very polite young men who called when they were running late then arrived to do a thorough, good job. I booked in a service for our Bonaire evaporative cooling unit over the Christmas holiday break as it wasn't putting out cool air. 

'Scott' turned up on time and he was very professional and friendly. He cleaned out the cooling unit and also identified an issue which was causing it not to function properly. The unit was likely not installed properly (not by Laser, but by the builder's installer). 

Within about 40 minutes we had cool and clean air circulating through the house again.

Scott also kindly helped me replace a couple of broken roof tiles while he was up on the roof. 

I would highly recommend Scott and Laser Plumbing Canberra Central for servicing your evaporative cooling unit.

I have had Laser Plumbing out to my flat 3 times and I would recommend them outright to anyone. On time, professional and friendly. They call ahead if they need to re-arrange due to emergencies and the staff at the switchboard are just as good. Great value for money as well. Happy to show and explain the issue to you as well. Heartily recommend.
