On a warm evening it was unpleasantly warm inside even with a ceiling fan and we opened all the windows we could. We had booked 8 people but by 9pm at least two desserts were unavailable and the coffee machine turned off. Food was very average. Servers very good.

Only giving a 1 star as i cant give a zero. We were the only couple dining tonight. Meals arrived reasonably quick but the service to clear tables and orders was so slow we ended up clearing our own dishes to kitchen & bar so we could place our dessert order directly to the chef while to 2 staff that were working stood around gossiping & talking on cell phones. Average food with a major need to upskill staff on customer service. I certainly wouldn't accept this behaviour from my staff at my restaurant

Very good food and very friendly staff, also the only place in motueka to still serve food apart from Indian place next door which is also good and Thai place which I wouldn't recommend

Nice sitting arrangement. Welcoming and friendly staff. Matter of fact I ordered a steak meal and meat was chewy. Also spotted some flies inside.

I’ve given a one star purely due to the hard work the wait staff gave, two of them for a full restaurant! They were trying to take drinks orders, meal orders, deliver meals, clear tables etc on their own. Management needed to step up! After an hour we finally got our meal, which was luke warm & basic. Very disappointed as it was the second time as out of town visiting we had shouted a farewell meal there, the first time they lost our order altogether. Two chances, never again!
