An amazing store with a huge selection of live animals ( I was there for the birds), however I was fascinated with all the other animals. There is a huge range of bird related products, food equipment essential for keeping your birds happy.  I found the staff to be very helpful with advice and  experienced in the areas they are working in. If they couldn't help me they went and found someone who could.

I found the Customer service to be rood arrogant and unhelpful. the birds are not happy here and the staff are rood. I looked at a pair of birds , one looked sick. I felt sorry for it and called on the phone to ask about the pair. The manager tried to tell me they were twice the price that they had advertised on the cage. I have never seen such an unhappy bird ! I would advise against buying a pet from this shop.
