I had a leaking roof. I checked APT out through Dept of Fair Trading and found they had a good record and all necessary documents. The quote was provided promptly and the repair was done within a week. The repair was done expertly and thoroughly and photos were taken to show me the repairs at all stages. The price was very reasonable compared with the time taken and materials used. I'm very happy with their service.

Great service overall. The ladies in the office always keep me updated on the current jobs outstanding as well as a quick turnaround on quotes and jobs that are pending, reliable tradesmen and good customer service. Being a property manager I know how hard it is to find reliable trades and maintenance companies so I was glad to come across APT Roofing.

I took a liking to these guys from the moment Zack arrived on my driveway to quote on re-tiling our roof.  Zack took the time to understand what we were wanting to achieve and provided insightful advice and options.  The quote was comprehensive and spelt out scope of work and our respective responsibilities.
Their contract was a Department of Fair Trading contract - it doesn't get any fairer than that...
It was raining on the morning the guys were due to start and at 7.00am a foreman arrived in person on our doorstep to say they would not start today - they would be here 7.00am tomorrow.
A team of 8 guys arrived on time the next morning and worked their butts off.  Not only were they hard workers, they were polite and really took care not to damage anything or leave a messy workspace.
Three days later the roof looked spectacular and our yard was left clean and tidy!
A textbook good experience from start to finish.  
In line with previous reviewers, my score is another "Awesome" for the APT team - and on a personal note, thanks heaps guys!

APT has installed a new gutter system including gutter guards and down pipes. The service and experience was extremely professional. APT provided a detailed quote, was very responsive and explained the details. The guys then did a great job and always kept me informed about the progress. Highly recommended! Thanks to Zak and the team!
