My favourite pie shop in all of Christchurch! But be quick the pies sure do run out super quick since the locals here absolutely love this place! They also offer Uber eats takeaway so keep that in mind! I usually get the steak cheese onion or the pork apple pie but there is a wide selection of pies here that can suit anyone The ladies that work here are always so welcoming and have small chats with you! Definitely recommend to anyone in Christchurch looking for some delicious tender meat pies
Bought an egg salad sandwich and a ham bread.nnA ham cheese bread is seasoned with tomato sauce.nnThe egg salad sandwich is 9 dollars, carrot slices, lettuce, tomatoes.nnHam cheese bread is Japanese style bread , heavily seasoned, high sodium.nNeeds plenty of tea to dilute it after finishing them.nnStaffs are hard-working and . Always feel the ultra fast pace as soon as you step in.nnI have not tried the pies yet. Price in average is higher than most of bakeries I visited in Christchurch.
nThe best pepper steak pie I’ve had in New Zealand! It had a generous amount of pepper both inside and on top, giving it great flavour. The pastry was perfectly flaky and absolutely delicious. The coffee was also very good. We’ve tried pies all across the South and North Islands, but nothing came close to this one — truly outstanding!
Great food and Service. Lots to choose from. Prices are a little high, although good quality food so are worth it. Would definitely recommend.
We ordered sandwiches and savories for a card afternoon. The food was awesome. Simple pickup on the day and everything is sorted. The price was also very good when you take into consideration how long it would take you to prepare something similar.nnWe Highly recommend this bakery.
