Waste of time with voice selection and then hangs up on you while waiting for “busy” customer service representative .. Anz had great service once upon a time and now it’s rubbish... glad main banking is with CBA..

Very slow service. Eye contact but no acknowledgement you will be served even though it's counters have staff and 5x people in waiting room.

extremely disappointing service, the lady in the back room is super rude and does not know what she is doing. banking with anz shd be better then this.

Trust me service people are very good there but the worst thing is waiting for the service turn. 5/6 people in the queue will kill your half an hour. ANZ should put more cash counter there.
