I hope this branch gets shut down. People working here don’t deserve their jobs. I spoke to Michelle lipstick juicy lips and she laughed in my face when I asked for help. Personality of a rock. ANZ is a rubbish bank anyway, but if you do not have a choice you should go over to the ANZ branch in Sydney street. Sydney street is much more friendly and approachable.
Everytime I go to this bank they are useless in being helpful. I asked for something simple an all she did was say the staff were too busy an it was all able to be done on my app. Perhaps hire more competent staff.
Worst banking experience I've had. 45min on phone and unable to get through to anyone. 20min in line up at bank only to be told I have to make an appointment for another time. Very disappointing ANZ !!!!
Cindy should be removed immediately abuse patrons the moment they walk in the door, couldn't of been more disgusted in my life literally grabbing people and forcing them onto their blue circles to stand on, then after people left joked and laughed about it to her peers, Disgusting
Worst service I’ve came across. Set up my accounts a month ago and was told I had a card on the way. Just called the helpline after waiting so long to find out the useless staff haven’t ordered it. Had issue after issue from their branch.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Staff are deliberately obtuse and cunning in a manner I find thoroughly untrustworthy. Taking substantial funds out ASAP.
Spent 20 mins trying to find parking just for the Anz branch to be closed till the 2nd of September.... the hours listed online where not changed and there are no visable signs from the parking lot saying they are closed....
