ANZ ATM Townsville (Smart)

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 1 teller and after 1/2 hour in line Im not kidding someone came over and asked if I wanted to use the ATM!!!! There were 6 people behind me, all waiting. Not even an apology. And yet, there were plenty of people wandering around holding a single piece of paper-doing nothing! of course. All I wanted to do was deposit some cash- took about 1 minute. Zero customer service. Needless to say, I'm no longer an ANZ customer.

What a delightful experience. Met at door by Takia. We had asked our Melbourne branch to fix a complex issue. She’d got the email, knew what to do and then fixed 2 other unrelated issues. A class act … thanks so much!!

Nice facilities, unfortunately I waited over 25 mins to see a banker simply to sign a form. Others who arrived after me were served first and they appeared to be having trouble with their ticket system which was calling numbers no one had.

Not giving proper guidance on application and put you in limbo.

Lovely interior design, befitting the tropics extremely helpful, empathetic staff member.

Has no parking and then it takes too long inside to complete transactions
