After sitting on the phone for over an hour just to speak to a human with a basic question like, are you open tomorrow? And they can’t even get that right?!? The staff are absolutely hopeless at best, and bank only wants to take your money. You don’t deserve the 1 star review, it to good for you. Pathetic bank
Ridiculous experience. Went to the Sunnybank branch first, got told that there were no spots available now, but the person told me that any branch could assist me. Then drove to the garden City branch, the lady informed me that it's appointment only. Huge disappointment with the whole process. No other banks create this much inconveniences for their clients.
Puzzled by the rating, I've been in twice and they've been very friendly. Sweet little Asian girl who served me wish I knew her name was beyond my expectations she was very helpful
I have a money order my parents gave me when I was in Canada. The money order is in Canadian Funds. ANZ won’t accept “money order” because it was drawn in Canadian Dollars. I also have Canadian Cash I wanted to deposit into my account and they told me they can’t accept foreign currency. What kind of a Bank is this? I guess I need to find a bank to suit my needs. Good luck ANZ
This has to be the laziest branch of ANZ. Communication was already hard paired with a bad customer service. The lady in there said we had to make an appointment but there was no option like that in the website.
Terrible service. Significantly understaffed and couldnt accept ID to access a bank account. Have to make appointments a week or so in advance. Unacceptable, quite frankly.
What a disgraceful service. As a business banking customer I turned up to this branch to have a bank guarantee for a property lease returned. This is the branch where I created my business account. I was handed a post-it note with a phone number with no name and old to ring and arrange for a time to get this sorted. I requested the girl to at least take scanned copies of my two original documents so I did not need to return. She refused and said she would not make copies as she had no way to get them to the business banking person. I asked if she had heard of a technology called "email". She still point blank refused to help. I will never use ANZ again - ever. All account will be closed immediately and everyone should do the same.
Extremely poor service, only 1 teller as ANZ bank does not have enough machines for 2 tellers, thus wait to even deposit money is about 25 mins The deposit machine which takes coins doesn’t work, so much for trying to automate services It’s a ridiculously poor ANZ branch, literally in a very prime spot
I would like to thank Matthew Lynn for assisting us in our investment Home Loan. I am glad that I found him . He is very prompt and approachable. If I have to rate his service out of 10 I will surely give him 11 as he was excellent, patient, and very good at keeping you updated. I have already recommended my friend and would highly recommend Matthew.
Terrible service, 1 person on the counter, atm don’t work no champagne machine, might as well switch to another banking service
