This used to be my home gym about a year ago, until I moved. However, this gym is probably one of the cleanest around! It always smells fresh and is very clean! The reason I rated it four stars is purely on the size. There is no clear area to do stretches or ab workouts and the place is very uncomfortably crowded during peak times. If you can train in off peak times, the it’s a good gym! Not much they can do about the size, but just was my biggest pain point.

Being a member for over 12 months I have found the staff to be excellent,friendly and professional. The equipment is well maintained and looked after. I dio find it a little pricey but the flexibility of many locations and 24 / 7 makes it great for me when I travel.

Been with the gym nearly two years now, great atmosphere out of all the anytimes i have used, this one is by far my favorite.
People are friendly.
 The new manager  Grace is always helpful and approachable, and always listen to your questions or suggestions.
If I was thinking of joining a gym in geelong  manifold heights would be my first choice.
