I have called and ordered through Ann's Florist a few times now for family in Whyalla to suprise them for birthdays and other special occasions as I'm from Perth WA and don't live in the town.

Ann's Florist have always been extremely helpful and friendly each time I have called. The bunches I ordered have always been fresh and beautifully put together!
You can see the thought put into each bunch and the value for money.

Thank you Ann's Florist for being able to deliver beautiful bunches of love to my family.

Rang up this shop and ordered "mothers day" flowers, based on their website description. The flowers that were delivered were not even close to the website photo. After ringing them to dispute this fact I was told that they do not always get the flowers as advertised and that those flowers are seasonal.
The flowers were advertised as mothers day flowers so should be available during this season. 
I was then told that the arrangement that was delivered was based on the same $$ value. Not 1 phone call was made to me do tell me that they could not be arranged as I ordered, nor was I given the opportunity to cancel my order as it wasnt what I ordered.
I would highly recommend staying away from this florist as you may not get what you order.
