I swing by to look for a watch. The girl who served me has the worst of the worst customer service skill and terrible attitude. She seems to make a judgement that this customer doesnt have enough money to shop in Angus and Coote and quickly rush me through the product line and finally out of the door. What a strategy! Im sorry but a customer never tell you exactly how much they can afford. What a shame Angus and Coote! Last but not least, a tip if you want to shop at Angus and Coote, dress up a bit fancy so they know you can afford their product and maybe provide a better customer service. Cheers.

Overall I am very dissatisfied with my experience purchasing at this store. 1. Offered no warantee or explaination of refund/exchange policies for the goods purchased. 2. Did not show me the item before boxing - which was covered in smudges when opened on Christmas day. 3. The customer service was terrible - if you don't look like you have money to spend they won't bother to greet you. (This is with the store manager present I might add).
