I ordered a new helmet liner and was advised it would be in 4 days later and would be contacted to advise of its arrival.nOn the 5 day I rang the store and was told they have been too busy to unpack the order shipment but they had a delivery from Shoei but not my item. I was told they were receiving another delivery that afternoon and would let me know. Well now 2 follow up calls to the shop and another 5 days have passed without it arriving. The explanation given on the previous 2 calls were that they hadn’t checked the order however on the last one the salesperson said it hadn’t arrived.nSo now 5 days after supposed delivery date the salesperson I spoke to took the effort to check the order and ring the distributor who had not dispatched the item but would send it express courier arriving the day I have leave on a 10 day motorcycle trip. The urgency was explained on each phone call to the shop however only the last salesperson bothered to follow up.nPoor customer service except for the last sales person.
Nathan was an excellent help when I wanted all the gear and had no idea. He was friendly, helpful, and thorough from the beginning to end of our interaction. I can't recommend him enough.
Nathan was a great help with getting some pants and a helmet for my grandson. He was very knowledgeable and so patient. I also returned to this store after purchasing a new off road bike to fit myself out with a pair of Alpinestar boots, Dririder jacket, pants, helmet and goggles and gloves.The manager Sarah was very welcoming and gave me a great deal.i have made this my number 1 store for any future gear I will need. Great service and good prices.
very helpful service from jake. offered some great advice and knowledge in all aspects. easy to talk to and helped me find the perfect helmet. will be coming back!
Thank you to Sarah and the wonderful team at AMX Morayfield for their assistance in finding and ordering the correct brakes for my bike especially once triumph themselves gave me the wrong brake pads. The level of service has always been exceptional in assisting us with not just the brakes but all our purchases from gear to cleaning, oils and parts.
