I want to say big thank you to the gentleman who served me this evening just before store was closed. I understand that you have a busy schedule and I'm grateful for your help on organising the medicine for my son and also sincerely appreciate your flexibility and willingness to taking time out of your schedule to do me this favour. You're a star.
It was very bad experience for me. I bough medicine 11/05/24 at 6:30 pm Then I went to return next day at 3:45pm because it was too costly for me because my wife searched in same price in double amount of medicine ,we didn't even open the box at home and when I brought to return on this shop they open the box in front of me and break the little side from the seal and tode it is already broken seal. I am thinking they break the seal or they sold me already broken seal please check the camera it was very rude service also thank you. I m very sad about this happening.
My go to chemist for everything. Why?? The staff. I have frequented this chemist since them first opening. Unbiased friendly, helpful and courteous. They listen.
With over 10 years in the Takanini community, we've consistently had wonderful experiences at this pharmacy. While other pharmacies have come and gone, nothing beats the consistent friendliness and helpfulness of the staff during our visits. Our recent vaccination process were smooth, and we felt well taken care of. Grateful for their excellent service—truly another gem in the community!
I have been going to this pharmacy for the past few years and their customer service never disappoints me. As soon as I walk in they greet me/us with a smile and help in whatever way they can. Store is also kept neat and clean
