Tony was the best of the floor staff at Benowa. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. 30 years in the business helps. Highly recommend this store and the older gentleman called Tony.

Buyer beware! If you own a rental property and Amart cheap chairs start to fall apart, they will not replace the chairs as they say it’s a rental property. Very dodgy. Whether the property is a rental property or owner occupier, bums still sit on chairs and the chairs should not fall apart from people sitting on them, Very dissatisfied!

Amart Bundall takes good care of customers before purchase however after purchase it's like you never existed. I also feel like I was mislead by staff on when my purchase would be available. I was told I would have my item within a few days and it's been 2 weeks. This is not a delivery issue as I am picking up from the store. No one has contacted me, I have no idea when I'm able to pick it up. I have called and sent an email and still no communication. I have heard from friends that they have had the same experience shopping at Bundall amart. Can't help but feel like I was mislead so I would make the purchase as I made it clear that I really needed it asap. If you are like me and enjoy paying for goods and then receiving the goods you should probably shop somewhere else.

With the help from Linda from helensvale to swap over paperwork to pick up a new SPACESAVER tall boy cabinet as 6 pieces were damaged to then have to waste petrol and time to get a new one, only to unopen it to get the instructions on assembly and undamaged pieces to be replaced the dispatch gentleman was happy to help me out with this. Even though still the pieces top was and is not 100%, I took it and put it together and only to find out that it was crapola cheep chip board and pieces just broke while putting it together..

Beautifully renovated store with the lovely, well priced furniture and accessories. The main downfall was the persistent staff members asking if we wanted help.

Easy access to carpark. It is larger than you expect. It has wheelchair access ramps between the 2 levels within the store. Large range of furniture. The staff member who served us was helpful, friendly and happy to answer our questions. Delivery of the new furniture and removal of the old furniture was easy to organize. Both teams arrived on time and took care not to damage walls and doors. Very happy with the whole service experience
