The wait staff were very kind and attentive. The food was tasty - all nicely seasoned.nThe table set up could be a little better as we had people trying squeeze past our table multiple times during our dinner to get back to their table inside but understand it is a limitation of the restaurant being where the hotel guest walkway is as well. Otherwise venue was nice looking out onto the pool.

I had dinner here, and it was absolutely amazing. I tried three starters, two mains, and two desserts—everything was so delicious! As a vegetarian, I just wish there had been more main course options, but the ones they had were really tasty.nOur waitress, Lea, made guacamole right at our table, and it was incredible! Gabriel and Daniela also took great care of us, which made the whole experience even better.nThis is definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend. Thanks for such a wonderful evening!
Our visit was outstanding. The food was simply exquisite, complemented by exceptional service from Daniela and Roisin, who offered excellent recommendations. The chef, Justine, also suggested some fantastic dishes, demonstrating great care and attention to detail.nnTo start, we enjoyed the Tuna Sashimi—a spectacular 10 out of 10—along with Calamari and Guacamole. For the main course, we had a delicious fish and an exceptional cut of beef. Special mention to the cauliflower.nnThis restaurant truly offers an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!
We have loved staying at Pullmans Sea Temple Port Douglas especially dining at Aluco restaurant and bar we dined hear nearly every evening as the food and staff were amazing, we enjoyed our dinner in a very relaxed ambience with a view of the pool. We want to thank Daniela who really looked after us we enjoyed a very special dinner having a 1kg T Bone steak which she even filleted for us. It was so tender definitely recommend to meat lovers. We loved the sides especially Brussel sprouts chargrilled. We also love our seafood and tonight we were offered a special to have very fresh large tiger prawns with a perfect aioli which was soo good, we then chose the whole coral trout and that was very nice which Daniela again filleted for us what great service. All the staff work very hard and make you feel welcome and we enjoyed coming back each night. Dinning here has made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Thanks so much again we would definitely return to Port Douglas and stay here at the Pullman Sea Temple to enjoy the menu at Aluco again. Thanks so much again.
