Good food. Pleasant environment. Slow service.  Faster to leave the hotel and drive into town for a meal.  Over an hour from ordering to food showing up. 

Edit: Added a star after speaking to the manager about it and he was quite accepting of the feedback and said he’d work on improving service.

Enthusiastic and happy bar staff, namely Katheryn and Thomas, kept us entertained and provided us with many amazing drinks that we wouldn't usually think to try. When we didn't know which cocktail we'd like, Katheryn would invent something new based on whatever flavour or idea we came up with. The bar has a brilliant setting as well, overlooking the lovely resort pool.

Slow service. Food not great. They forced us to have limited options because we were a large group.
