Inadequate accounting system that is very hard to match with individual invoices - very confusing to reconcile - if a cheque is not received (ours was sent on time - but went missing) it would be helpful if the cheque is sent in February that we hear about it in a timely manner not late in the year.  Coupled with confusing invoice systems it was a nightmare to sort out.    However the good part was the daughter who actually understood account systems was able to be helpful and sort this through.

Lovely family run business who went above and beyond to find us an appropriate, short term storage solution. Good communication throughout and contents safe and sound at the end of the storage period.
