I would give this place five stars every time, great storage, friendly staff etc. But it is exasperating when you are looking for something in your unit and the main lighting keeps going off every few minutes upstairs and you are then in complete darkness. So you then have to come out of your unit, locate the sensor, which is by the fire door and then go back to the unit. And keep repeating that every few minutesThey really need options of having an individual motion light setting in every unit as I'm getting annoyed with usually coming away with a couple of cuts and grazes! If they sort the lighting out or even keep it on a timer for 20 minutes it would get 5 stars.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, nothing too much trouble. Actual accommodation very clean and in excellent order. Sufficient sack trucks, trolleys etc to help with the heavy loads. Access is very good, even out of office hours. Ideal location for anyone in the Christchurch area rather than having to go to Bournemouth or Poole. Will happily recommend to family and friends.
Excellent service, all highly professional. All communication was swift, correct and accurate, staff at the location were very helpful. The units were clean and well presented, access is brilliant. Good parking outside and plenty of trolleys, which were all in good condition, for moving things from vehicle to unit.
We had a container arrive from overseas and they could not have been more helpful in getting us set up and into a unit in no time at all. Rates are competitive and in some cases cheaper than the others. I would highly recommend Your Room as the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.
As a removal company and needing extra storage at quick notice, Room Self Storage were extremely helpful, professional and assisted us at short notice. Storage facilities are excellent, clean and tidy and would thoroughly recommend them.
A great place for storage for a small business like ours. They have a very extensive security and cctv system and your possessions are absolutely safe. They do need a lift though!
Run like a small business that cares and knows about its clients. Easy access, clean. Only slight down is no lift to 1st floor.
Very poor service manager very rude and obnoxious will never use again
Fantastic Experience, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff, Well Presented Site, Lots of Sack Trucks and Trolley Beds Available. If Ever Need Will Deferentially Use Again.
A modern self store facility but no lift access to the upper floor. Very helpful staff.
