I love Almaz cafe. I've been going there since it opened. Friendly staff. Great food and coffee. Relaxed atmosphere. Good prices. Best kept secret in Onehunga.

Food is always consistent.. Always of a high standard for takeaways.. The owner is always friendly and super efficient

Not impressed. Asked for chicken samosas, was given microwaved (not crispy at all) vegetable samosas with chicken scattered on top. Iskender meal was smallest I've ever had at Turkish restaurants, and I was not given any sauce options; it came with mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Kebab was okay but had little meat. Upside, the service was kind and friendly. Unfortunately the serviced was overshadowed by the meal. There are better options out there.

Sometimes they get a bit busy and underestimate times, but top notch middle-eastern food, highly recommended
