What a fabulous store! Highly recommend it for its great customer service, met and greeted EVERY time! Highly recommend Andrea for her prompt service and ensuring my girls are looked after and safe while using the dressing rooms, one daughter is profusely adamant about NOT using dressing rooms as its a scary experience for her, but Andrea and team are so reassuring. My questions and the support we receive is amazing 10/10 +++
I work for Ally Fashion, when I say it’s a great company to work for I mean the best!! Ally has a range of different styles. I am loving all the new stock that has been coming into our store, the colours are bright and out there they are hard to miss. Being able to help someone choose a outfit is a blessing in itself, so don’t hesitate to come in and get help from our lovely staff. We love you more then you know!
Never greeted or acknowledged in this store, the girls are very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Went into the store over the weekend and it was empty - had to wait for the girl to acknowledge me after standing in front of her at the register. She didn’t say hello just gave me a rude look - I asked about a dress that was on the Ally website and she just shrugged her shoulders and said ‘I don’t know’ and didn’t even bother to help me find it in store or offer any assistance. The store is always an absolute mess and the off putting attitude of the girls just makes it a really bad shopping experience. All of the girls employed there need some customer service training and some people skills as it is really poor in comparison to other stores nearby.
Visited this store, wasn't acknowledged/greeted by the one staff member that was there. She spent more time talking to hairhouse worker who had walked in after me and got greeted. I tried to get her attention to help me get a dress down from up high and she was still too busy with the hair house worker. Decided I wasn't going to purchase anything from this store and left immediately. Bit disappointed since I do like the clothes here :
Best customer service I absolutely love going in when Andrea is working she’s so welcoming and helpful and I’m always sure to find a new outfit every time with her help
tbh, I purchased a playsuit for a friend, and the size didn't fit her, so I asked for a refund or an exchange of size, but there weren't any sizes available for my friend so I asked for a refund, but I was declined for the refund. the clothes here are nice, but expensive, sometimes the service provided are horrible.
If Andrea is going to continue to imply men are pedofiles for trying to help their partners try on dresses then perhaps their staff should actually assist, i.e. helping zip up dresses? Will be making a written complaint to Ally H.O.
The staff are absolutely amazing beautiful ladies especially Andrea who helped me so so much and made me feel special in myself
There's a girl who's always in there, tall and blonde and I believe her name's Courtney. She's always rude, always has a bad attitude and there aren't any restrictions or disinfection procedures in store. Her bad attitude makes me never want to shop there again. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Rude. Didn't want to help and store was a mess looked like a bomb scare.
