We had the pleasure of dealing with All Bathroom Gear 8 years ago. When it was time for a bathroom refresh, it was an easy choice to deal with the team there again. They are extremely client focused and provide a very polished and friendly service. 5 stars rating without a doubt !!

Henry you invited us to write a review following work you performed for us nearly 12 months ago. Naturally despite some difficulties there was good will with only one issue oustanding. The none matching blue light in the cut out feature. For too many months we chased you by phone and email to fix the issue and as you explained to us you were having difficulty in finding a matching light bulb the same as the other two. Some 6 months later your electrician replaced the blue light with another bulb that doesnt match either. You know this yourself and remarked so. Since then you have said the 3 bulbs need to be replaced by 3 bulbs that match. Its not rocket science. It is now nearly 12 months and you have not done so. We have been reduced to repeatedly chase this up with you and you have not addressed this little but important ( given its a feature ) outstanding works from before Christmas last year. You have really used up any good will we had. Remember my husband helping you empty your trailer of debris from another job into the bin in front of our home despite his chronic heart disease. So Henry Please finish the job . Please do what you say you will do and send your electrician with 3 matching bulbs so the work you started before christmas last year is completed and finalised. Finally Henry could you please arrange the above and contact us to effect its correction. Its for us disappointing to be treated like this and left feeling disrespected.

Maureen was exceptionally helpful with ideas for designing a bathroom in a small space. She took my brief on board re my budget and the kind of products I was looking for, took the time to explain the merits of various products, and came up with suitable recommendations. I am happy to recommend All Bathroom Gear.

Henri and Maureen were so wonderful in pkanning and execution of the bathroom renovation at a house we just purchased. Honest and up front about the possible pitfalls given the floor was waterdamaged due to cracked tiles neglected, the end product is wonderful. It is not always the best idea to go with the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for with All Bathroom Gear. Thanks Henri and Maureen!
