I have been going to Alison Jade for my brows, for almost 15 years. Although Alison’s business has grown exponentially over that time, my experience has been the same every single visit: amazing. Each customer is always going to have individual needs, and no matter which staff member I see, they have tailored my experience to work towards thicker brows - including picking the exact right tint so they look as natural as possible. I have attended every appointment without having to wait, exceptional customer service including everyone knowing my name and no push to buy products or visit more than necessary. I was one of the first clients to have my brows tattooed, and I have had it done twice since then as it is such a life changing procedure. I am so impressed by the the professionalism involved in this business, despite the fact I have been a client for so many years. The compliment I receive the most is about my brows, and I have Alison Jade to thank for that.

My experience at the Alison Jade salon really was one to remember. The staff were so incredibly welcoming and professional. I had a brow wax, tint and style done by Hayley and she was amazing. I have been going to Alison Jade for over 8 years now and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. All of the staff are so lovely, professional and welcoming, but most of all, incredibly talented. If you haven't been to them before or are on the fence about giving them a go, please just treat yourself and make an appointment - you won't regret it.

I was lucky enough to have a brow lift, tint and wax by beautiful Alison and I am so happy with the results! My brows have never been so full and fresh! Alison was very careful to listen to my personal brow preferences as I was worried the tint would be too dark so she just did a light tint for me which was so perfect! I will not be going anywhere else for my brows after this wonderful experience and I cannot recommend Alison Jade enough!

I had a brow lift, tint and wax by the lovely Alison herself and I am so happy with the results- she listened to my preferences and ensured the style and tint would suit me and my skin colouring before starting. I'm so impressed by her attention to detail and at the difference in brow shape and fullness she was able to create. I can't recommend Alison Jade enough.

I always leave the salon feeling much more confident than I did when I walked in. The girls there are up to date with trends and know how to deliver a look from start to finish.  Not only are they the BEST in the business for brow makeovers, feather touch tattooing & lash lifts - They also have a fantastic cosmetics range with the make up artists to match. Alison Jade are truly experts in what they do. I can go into the salon in complete confidence that my brows are being looked after, no matter who my stylist is! I love the fact they keep notes on each visit, so every stylist knows exactly what your brow needs are!

It was the first time that I ever had my eyebrows professionally done, and I must say I genuinely couldn't have been any happier!  Despite the fact that the salons' setting was absolutely stunning; the customer service was exceptional. You could genuinely feel the professionalism in the beauty therapist and receptionist there! I found that my beauty therapist was also giving very genuine feedback and also tailored her services specifically for my dark brows and face shape rather than following the popular insta brow trend that most people tend to do. You could definitely feel the personalised experience- and the results were exquisite. I could not have been any happier!

Absolutely loved getting my brows done at Alison Jade Perth! The team at Alison Jade were so welcoming, kind and friendly and I love the way my brows look.
