Great service. Got my bovedas soon after ordering. Was also called to confirm all details were correct. Will have to visit in person in the near future for some cigars!

I came to check it out from Sydney! It doesn't disappointed me at all! The shop looks pretty cool in the vintage style and they have a LARGE selection for pipe tobaccos! The service is very friendly and they explained to me in details. I'll definitely come back for more pipes&tobaccos! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Friendly and knowledgable staff made coming in to purchase some cigars for our wedding an absolute breeze. What I thought may be a bit daunting as a novice, couldn't have been further from reality. The team at Alexanders were extremely helpful and patient to make sure we found the best cigars for our big day. Can't recommend enough.

Disappointing experience today.  Always has been my go to place, but today was treated like trash.  Purchased an item, went back as it was faulty to see what if any can be done.  The “person” attending to us had zero interest in listening to any of my concerns, nor show any customer interest or empathy, basically completely rude.  Seems being a loyal repeat customer has no value.  Sorry to say I will never be going back.

Beautiful aesthetic, genuine cigar shop.  Knowledgeable and polite working man there. Will be coming back in a regular basis after finding this gem.  Variety is plentiful. Will save you the effort reading. Come here for a cigar if you want a cigar.

I came to Alexander's looking for my very first cigar and a nice lady greeted me in the most nice way possible. She was extremely helpful regarding budget and was quick to give me suggestions and tips. Highly recommend Alexander's for is professionalism and class. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Visited the store while holidaying in Melbourne, assisted in the purchase of several cigars by Aaron who was polite and extremely helpful to a novice such as myself. I was most appreciative of the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Overheard one of the operators inform a customer who queried opening times that, ”We are a gentleman’s store open gentleman’s hours”. This about sums it up. Will definitely return on my next trip to Melbourne.
