My Mother went to Aldi today and was asked by the ATM if she wanted to withdraw cash. She chose the option of withdrawing $100 in cash, and was immediately told by a 20 or so year old male cashier that not only should “you should ask next time” but that “a nice customer would ask first”. The audacity shown by these two statements alone is ridiculous, my Mum is the loveliest woman and was simply trying to get her money out. This man has one job and that is to meet his customers needs with a smile. If he didn’t have cash he should have gone and gotten some. If he wanted my Mum to ask if he had any money, why is it even a question on the ATM? I think that a “nice cashier” would ask my Mum if she wanted to withdraw cash.
I liked shopping at Aldi. However, when the queue is long you need to step up your checkout operators to help customers out abs then focus on refills of your isles and shelves. Shoppers don’t like to wait long to pay and get on with the rest of the day
Always do most of shopping there. Much cheaper and staff are pleasant and very helpful
Plenty of stock well worth shopping there
Too many times is milk displayed past its use/best by date. Check the date before purchasing. See below photo. Taken 28/6/2023
