I adore this place.  There's always something crazy going on - whether a screaming match in the carpark or a nutter playing duck-duck-goose with the root veg.  I love the old school Italian vibe. They have a huge and eclectic variety of items, including an almost absurd number of herbal teas to choose from.  Wonderful fresh cakes in the bakery, and a good selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Super convenient to have the liquor store and newsagents in the same place.  The coffee in the cafe up top is great too, always good service with a smile (and for a while they were giving away donuts!) Their selection of fresh flowers is great, and bunches are well priced.

Fantastic service this morning from Trevor and Michelle. Solved a problem efficiently, listened with empathy and professionalism. Love shopping here. The service is consistently good, the produce and range are wonderful. Most of the staff are fantastic, warm and friendly.

An independent suburban supermarket which has the usual brands but also a wide selection of Mediterranean type goods. Certainly makes for an interesting wander down the isles. Has a deli Lotto and beer section also. Certainly has an old School vibe to it.

A 1970s supermarket experience, with 2030s prices. Avoid if you can. If you're lucky, fruit and vegetables might last you to the check outs before they start rotting. Great coffee upstairs.

A once great independent continental supermarket, which is charmingly (and frustratingly) stuck in the 80’s. The layout is confusing (laundry powder in with soft drinks anyone?), the staff eternally miserable looking, but that deli and bakery is absolutely amazing. 

If you want well priced Mediterranean deli morsels and don’t have time to haul it to Brunswick’s Med grocer, this is your best bet. 

Just remember to check the use by date of whatever you buy here.
