Some staff are really nice, smile and say hello. One of them even packed my things in the bag for me, and wished me a nice day. Others often appear grumpy, especially if they are in the store stacking shelves, and give the impression that you, as a customer, are just in the way. Store is generally clean, and food items well presented, but tables in the center aisle are often just piled up, out of place items, and erratic pricing. Some things are much cheaper than competition stores, but the quality on some items is not as good. Parking is never a problem, spaces are wide and not an issue for bigger vehicles. Overall, it's OK, but I wouldn't do my weekly shop there, mostly because of the self packing, byo bag thing.

Thought I'd give Aldi a go. Food is definitely cheap but you get what you pay for. I won't be going back. Products are inferior in taste.

Well set out store, wide aisles, very pleasant and helpful staff. Store is always clean.

One of the cashier is racist from what I felt, many people were wait for check out, but I am the only person that she asked for check hand bag,I know this is one of their work,but why only me with rude customer service language, because I am an Asian face? Shame on those people who has that racism mind

Because of Aldi’s erratic demand to search customers’ bags, l loved going to this one which is notorious for demandimg bag searches. In Melbourme, all of Aldi’s outlets seem to have abandoned bag searches because of difficult libertines such as me. My wife proffered her handbag but refused to open it upon which another female member was summoned, sieg heil! I enquired as to which act and statute number Aldi was operating under and whether it was under state or federal legislation to which l was meekly told that it was by authority of ACCC, yeah, right! Throwing out more toxic bait, l asked as to which act or regulation ACCC had emppwered Aldi to search customers. No reply, just silently bovine stares from really dumb wage schmuks. With an ever lengthening queue behind me, l was shouted at that they wouldn’t process my items, for me to get out and never come back. Sure, Aldi, l’ll be back, whether you like it or not. The leaven of Nazism has not yet worked out for German corporations.
