I go to aldi as iv noticed a good range of just about everything at sometimes a bargain buy and a worker that was previously stocking shevles helped me with a spill as i was having trouble with my daughter toddler sick of being in the trolley had thrown a jar of sauce out and smashed on the ground how embarrassing so thank you.. but the girl at the check out was so rude did say hello untill I did, she scanned my bags and i put them in the trolley to the put shopping in, she asks if i can put the shopping in the trolly and pack it over at the bench, mind you i had a child that was sick of the shop so needed to get it in and go then she was practically throwing the shopping at me and because of the additude she spilt the dishwasher liquid everywhere instant karma witch slowed things down while i continued to pack and once shopping was scanned and paid, she was apologising to the lady behind me why it's takin so long as if it was my doing .. today was a horrible experience
I recently had a disappointing experience at Aldi after spending over $200 in-store. Despite politely requesting change for a $10 note from the cashier named April for laundry, she refused, claiming not to have any coins. This incident left me dissatisfied with the customer service, as accommodating such a simple request would have greatly improved my overall shopping experience.
I just used the self service checkout. I was charged a Credit Card Surcharge of 0.50% even though I used a Debit Card, Not a Credit Card. When I asked the assistant why I was being charged she said she didn't know why and said she was sorry. But no refund of the fee.
Not a huge ALDI fan... some good stock, but the checkout system is rushed and difficult for a person like myself who has mobility disabilities!!
It's just like any other Aldi. Clean and simple, great service and a speedy checkout. I'll be visiting here for my weekly shop.nnStill really clean and mostly stocked up. A few popular items run low but still heaps of verity.
