I had forgotten how ridiculous the check out is now with only one person serving. Took 25 minutes to check out with a line that went 8 deep. They didn't bother to call anybody else to help. Won't be going back unless they reinstate the checkouts. Good to see that people refuse to use the self serves. Those young employees must not get it that we use the checkout so that they have a job.
Shocking behaviour from staff.nHayden was aggressively rude, condescending, and treated customers like absolute garbage i dont get how the bare minimum isnt even a thing anymore . Completely unprofessional and utterly unacceptable for anyone in retail. If a resume comes across anyones desk with aldi wonthaggi on it you know customer service isnt high on the list and Management seriously needs to address this, because right now it’s embarrassing for the store. I will never be back.
Store stocked with necessities of home for a reasonable price. Always parking available, though this store is popular. Well organised store, with friendly and helpful staff.
