At the counter, the staff greeted the customers before me. Which was really nice. When it was my turn she quickly looked at me so I said “Hello”. Nothing. Then I thought maybe she didn’t hear me. I said “Good morning” still nothing. As I was putting my stuff in the bag, paid for my items, I heard her greeting the next customer asking them if they are having a good day etc… I looked at her badge it says, STORE MANAGER. SHAME! So yeah WOW!nThis was on Friday, Jan9 around 10am.n3 stars - not the most organise store.
I had a great experience shopping at Aldi Cannington. The store is always clean, well organised, and easy to shop in. The staff are very helpful and polite, which really makes a difference. A special mention to Lilly — she was especially kind, friendly, and went out of her way to help. Customer service like that makes me want to keep coming back. Highly recommend this store!
First time here. The arrangement of the sections seems to follow Aldi's standard layout plan and is similar to other Aldi's stores. Anyway, bright and clean. Good airconditioning. Lots of free car park bays. Ah yes, they do have the license to sell liquor here. Cheers! 2022-03
Store Manager was serving at the checkout, very unpleasant. Was unpacking my basket, scanned through all my stuff, but didn’t even wait till I had finished packing up my groceries to start putting next customers.nMade the whole checkout experience so stressful.
Prices keep others honest.nBut free range eggs come with britile shells.Look for RSPCA approved.
