We came here for the formula 1 weekend where the park access was focused around the race track. As we were attending the F1 we had plenty of opportunity to walk around and enjoy the lake and the many open spaces surrounding the track.

In summary a lovely space and a great place to hang out.

A beautiful quiet space close to the CBD. In a city festooned with green spaces, Albert Park manages the trick of being beautiful and functional. From the charm of Mart Cafe to the amenities of MSAC, Albert Park has it all but doesn’t feel the need to shout about t. 

Go for a swim, enjoy a row or sail on the lake, feed the swans, grab a coffee or some lunch - everything is well laid out and easily accessible.

Beautiful scenery.  Good for joggers. Busy during grand prix. The lake there has black swans! And the waterfront bar is lively.
